Cheese Making Workshop

Join us to learn how easy it is to make cheese with goats milk.

During this 3 hour class, award-winning cheese maker and cheese judge,
Dale Groff, will show you how to make chevre, feta, and gouda. Watch along
as he shares tips and tricks to using goat milk instead of cows milk in
recipes for most styles of cheese. Take home recipes and other essential
information so you can successfully make your own cheese at home.

During this 3 hour class, learn how to safely make true soap using lye.
Watch alongas we make several batches of soap and share tips and tricks to
using a wide variety of additives. Take home recipes and other essential
information so you can successfully make your own soap at home.
